When you submit a completed form, a PDF document will open with detailed information for the meeting. The meeting call in number and sign in information will be sent to you in a separate email by staff one hour before the meeting start time. As a general rule, the Council holds regular public meetings at 5:00 p.m.
Written comments
Written comments must be submitted electronically at least 90 minutes before the meeting. They will be emailed to the Council and posted online prior to the meeting. A written public comment may be submitted electronically by clicking here.
